Living with grace and a grateful heart in my experience this means loving yourself and others unconditionally, this doesn’t mean you have to involve yourself with everyone you come in contact with nor does it mean you ever have to put yourself in harms way to express this love.

It means being kind, loving and compassionate in all your actions. It means doing your best to fill everyday with love and laughter. It means watching your tongue and making sure every word you utter is out of love and learning to forgive yourself when you fall from grace. We are all HUMAN and sometimes the details in life we endure and the actions we take, don't stem from ideal emotions.

When you have those days where you just feel you can’t handle the present, have the love and humility for yourself to ask for help. Whether you’re asking the assistance from a friend, therapist, family member or whichever deity or supreme entity you believe in.

The simple act of asking shows the universe that you love yourself enough to ask, and then the universe will reciprocate. You may not always get the response you were hoping for… but you always get what you need. Understanding the laws of attraction and how you can make them work for you and vice verse is quite an amazing discovery!

It starts with the simple gesture of making it a practice to be kind to yourself and others everyday. Even in what may seem to be the smallest act may mean something profound in someone else’s life. That in turn becomes a win-win situation because it feels great to help someone else and it’s great for your own karma.

Advanced Swedish Massage Therapy- Great for relaxation, circulatory function and stress relief

Hot Stone Massage- This Ancient technique is very soothing and fundamental in the stress reduction process. Not to mention it feels absolutely WONDERFUL!

HydroTherapy -Uses water in all it's forms to bring your body back to homeostatis. Fantastic for acute, subacute and chronic injuries

Trigger Point Therapy- Pin point those painful knots and increases range of motion

Cranial Sacral Therapy- Balances your over all well being. Also helps with headaches!

Prenatal Massage-
Perfect for soothing the expecting mother! Draping and bolstering designed specifically for pregnant women. For Mommys' comfort and baby's safety. (Mothers please have a doctors note stating it is OK to recieve massage)

Accupressure- A non evasive theraputic modality that eases tension and opens perspective.

Shiatsu- (Finger pressure) An eastern method of boosting the bodies natural ability to heal itself using specific points on the body that coicide with your bodys' rhythm.

Structural Body Work- Restuctures your body and helps retrain your body to gain structural objective and reduce chronic holding patterns.

Reflexology- Another non evasive method of assisting your body in healing. Especially great for body parts that may be contraindicated for massage.

Sports Massage- Pre, Restorative and Post Event massages are available. Tailored to assist the athlete to function at your best for your game!

Injury Massage- Specific protocols that cater to certain injuries to help decrease inflammation, increase circulation in blood and lymph as well as increasing range of motion.
